Welcome to Year 3!

This week we have been blowing Miss Simpson away with our behaviour and learning.

In maths, we have been looking at place value such as number lines and counting in hundreds.

In English, we have been practicing all our skills that we learnt in Year Two and making sure that our handwriting is neat and in the lines.

In Geography, we have been looking at the countries of the UK and noting facts and differences between each.

In Science, we have started looking at food chains and how humans get energy!

In History, we have been looking at Britain and how it changed after the last Ice Age.

In computing, we started looking at digital devices and how an input creates an output.

Finally, we had our first ever French lesson with Madame Roche and we really impressed her with how hard we work and listened.

A super impressive start to Year 3, well done everyone!
